Zero Tolerance’s journey began as a quest to solve a problem. While working on a dairy farm in Iowa, we realized the adverse impact that stray voltage and electrical noise was having on livestock health and RFID tracking systems. This resulted in significant degradation of the farm’s profitability. Although the farm was meeting current electrical standards and best practices, the cows’ high Somatic Cell Count (SCC) and low product output indicated that there was a problem still lurking. This realization sparked a mission for our founders to find a solution, thus began Zero Tolerance.
Since those early days, our commitment to excellence has driven continuous improvement and growth. Zero Tolerance stands today as a total livestock farm solution, with a patent-pending, novel method to mitigate stray voltage and electrical noise, as well as a comprehensive line of certified products. Furthermore, Zero Tolerance has successfully implemented its Total Solution on a variety of livestock farms. Join us in the journey toward an electrically noise-free farm environment. A way to better well-being.
Estabilishing an electrically clean environment.
Our proven Zero Tolerance Solution focuses on identifying and removing barriers to electrical flow , creating guided pathways to reroute electricity, and reducing interior voltage levels
At Zero Tolerance, we believe in the power of innovation and collaboration. Through continuous research, development, and partnerships, we aim to set new standards. Empowering farmers with:
Transforming their farm into a “clean environment”
Untapped Potential Unleashed: "Investing in the Zero Tolerance solution allowed me to access untapped production potential on my farm."
(increase of 20 more pounds of milk per day)
Electrical Noise Identified and Resolved: "After completing the project, we watched our somatic cell count improve without changing any other management practices. It proved that we had an electrical noise issue that Zero Tolerance fixed."
Remarkable SCC Reduction: "At one point, my dairy had a SCC in the 300,000s, and after working with Zero Tolerance, we managed to bring that count down to around 150,000."
(improved somatic cell count averages, reduced incidence of mastitis, and improved RFID reading in the parlor)

Quality Standards Rescued: "The value to our Wisconsin farm was significant. Our main milk buyer had certain quality standards, and we were in jeopardy of losing that buyer."
Lowest SCC in 20 Years: "Our Lowest SCC in 20 Years! The issues observed prior to making any changes were high SCC and high mastitis rates. Once we completed the recommended changes to our system, we observed a steady improvement of our SCC and mastitis rates."
Operational Efficiency Boost: "At our Wisconsin farm, our SCC was as high as 300,000. As of this month, it is 135,000, our lowest level in 20 years."
